Pay As You Go support allows you to take advantage of our technicians
as and when you need them. Call us at any time and we’ll
either talk you through the issue(s), or we can swiftly despatch
an engineer to your site to solve the problem. You only pay
for the time used; either spent on the phone, via us accessing
your system remotely, or for the time spent onsite, with charges
falling into 3 hourly rates; Normal hours, Out of hours and
Emergency rates.
All rates are charged in 15 minute segments. There is a call-out/travel
charge for onsite visits, set at half the hourly rate.
Normal
hourly rates: £70.00 per hour
Our Normal hourly rates apply between 8am and 9pm from Monday
to Friday.
Out
of hourly rates: £80.00 per hour
Out of hours rates apply between 6pm to 9pm, Monday to Friday,
including Saturday between 9am and 5pm.
Emergency hourly rates:
£100.00 per hour
Our Emergency hourly rates cover the rest of the hours including
Sunday.
