This is the most flexible way to use Micrologic’s IT support
services. You buy a number of hours of our time which can be
used as telephone, remote access or on-site support. You only
pay for the time used either spent on the phone, by us accessing
your system remotely or for the time spent on site. Plus there
is no call out/ travel charge. The minimum number of hours that
can be purchased are 50. The above rate applies as long as the
work is done between 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday.
