Weekly Support is a proactive policy where we supply a dedicated
Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer to visit your site on a
set day or days of the week to manage your whole system. This
includes keeping your system updated with critical updates and
service packs, monitoring backups, virus scans, security hacks
and supplying free phone and remote access support, equal to
the number of hours booked per week to resolve issues that arise
outside of scheduled visits. Cost is determined by the number
of hours you require our technicians to be onsite, with a minimum
of 2 hours a week, at a set cost of £60.00 per hour.
This is the cheapest rate that we offer and if extra hours are
necessary they will be charged at the same rate as above, as
long as the work is undertaken between 8am to 8pm Monday to
Friday.
This is an ideal option if your IT systems are critical to business
functionality – either because you need continual access
to the internet, or to shared data – and feel that you
would get better value for money by outsourcing your IT maintenance
instead of hiring a full-time IT professional.
